Thank you for subscribing to GPLThemes.in. This policy explains the refund and cancellation terms for our membership-based access to GPL WordPress themes, plugins, and other digital products.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to this policy.

1. Membership Access Model

GPLThemes.in provides products through a subscription-based membership.
Upon successful payment, members receive:

  • Instant access to our digital library

  • Ability to download GPL-licensed themes and plugins

  • Access for the duration of the active subscription

All products are provided under the GNU General Public License (GPL).

2. No Physical Returns

Since all products and memberships are digital and access-based, returns are not possible once access has been granted.

3. Refund Policy for Memberships

3.1 General Policy

All membership purchases are non-refundable once access to the digital library has been activated.

This includes:

  • Monthly memberships

  • Annual memberships

  • Lifetime or long-term plans (if offered)

3.2 Limited Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases, such as:

  • Duplicate membership purchase made accidentally

  • Technical issues preventing access to the membership dashboard, which our support team cannot resolve

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase, and no significant downloads should have occurred.

Approval is at the sole discretion of GPLThemes.in.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after subscribing

  • Partial use of the membership period

  • Compatibility issues with themes, plugins, hosting, or WordPress versions

  • Lack of technical knowledge or developer experience

  • Updates or product removals due to original developer changes

  • Website issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or custom code

  • Membership cancellation after downloads have been accessed

5. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

  • Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard

  • Canceling stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle

6. Lifetime / One-Time Access Plans (If Applicable)

For lifetime or one-time access plans:

  • Payments are strictly non-refundable

  • Access is provided as long as GPLThemes.in remains operational

  • No guarantee is provided for lifetime availability of specific products

7. Abuse & Policy Violations

GPLThemes.in reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate membership without refund

  • Deny access for account sharing, reselling, or abusive behavior

  • Take action against misuse of content beyond GPL terms

If you experience issues with your membership:

  • Allow reasonable time for troubleshooting
