These Reseller Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the reseller relationship between GPLTHEMES.in (“we”, “us”, “our”) and any individual or business (“Reseller”, “you”, “your”) purchasing a reseller plan from our website.

By purchasing or using any Reseller Plan, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Nature of Products (GPL License)

1. All products available on GPLTHEMES.in are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or compatible open-source licenses.

2. GPL allows you to:

   • Use the software for personal or commercial projects

   • Modify the software

   • Redistribute the software

3. We do not sell license keys or subscriptions from original developers.

4. Trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are not included unless explicitly stated.

2. Reseller Rights

Depending on the reseller plan purchased:

• You are allowed to resell GPL products obtained from GPLTHEMES.in

• You may sell via:

  • Your own website

  • Client projects

  • Digital marketplaces (where GPL resale is allowed)

• You may bundle GPL products with your own services or packages

⚠️ Reseller rights are non-exclusive and non-transferable.

3. White-Label Rights (If Applicable)

White-label reselling is permitted only if your plan explicitly includes it.

If allowed:

• You may sell products under your own brand name

• You must not claim authorship of the original software

• You must preserve GPL license notices where legally required

4. Prohibited Activities

Resellers must NOT:

• ❌ Claim to be the original developer or author

• ❌ Sell products as “official”, “licensed”, or “author-supported”

• ❌ Use original brand trademarks in a misleading way

• ❌ Sell nulled, modified-with-malware, or infected files

• ❌ Resell access to GPLTHEMES.in accounts

• ❌ Offer our membership or download system as a service

• ❌ Use our name, logo, or website content without permission

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Updates & Support

• Resellers receive product updates only during the active plan period.

• Support provided by GPLTHEMES.in is limited to:

  • Download issues

  • File integrity issues

• We do not provide:

  • Developer-level support

  • Installation or customization support

  • Support to your end customers

You are responsible for supporting your own customers.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All reseller plans are digital products.

• Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate reseller access if terms are violated.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• GPLTHEMES.in is not responsible for:

  • Business losses

  • Revenue loss

  • Client disputes

  • Legal issues arising from reseller misuse

• All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

You use and resell products at your own risk.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate reseller access

• Disable downloads

• Block accounts permanently

If:

• Fraudulent activity is detected

• Terms are violated

• Abuse of GPL licensing is found

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

9. Changes to Terms

GPLTHEMES.in may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of reseller services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
